How We Got Here...
On Aug 9th, 2020, Stan was out riding his bike, topped a hill and dropped dead from cardiac arrest. Stan was dead on the side of the road for 33-minutes.

Our “event” on August 9th, 2020 was by far one, if not, the hardest thing our family has ever been through… but having said that too, it has also been one of the most eye-opening and rewarding experiences of our lives… “that which does not kill you, (or kills you for only 33-minutes ; )… makes you stronger!”

15-month later on November 13th, 2021, after dropping dead on August 9th, 2020 of cardiac arrest on the side of the road, I completed marathon #26 with my oldest son. And while on that Saturday morning, My son & I ran in a circle to end up where we started… yet the journey was so much more.
